This website has a lot of information that helpful for my reserch paper. There is another name of internal control which is business control. This article explains about definition of internal control and component of COSO framework. I realize that efficient internal control can reduce business risk. It’s also help management to prevent and detect about fraud.

Internal control leads the firm to be successful in business, but we also need external control too in order to compete with the other competitors, don't we?
